She is a professor of cardiology and doctorate professor at Tunis El Manar University, where she also serves as vice-dean and director of studies at the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis. She is president of the Tunisian Society of Medical Sciences and editor-in-chief of its journal, La Tunisie Médicale. Her work includes cardiovascular topics such as atrial fibrillation and simulation training for paramedical personnel.
