About this listing
Building on the success of previous editions in Carnon (2009), Montpellier ( 2011 , 2014 ), and Grenoble ( 2018 ), this conference brings together leading experts to explore the frontiers of cosmic ray research. Since 2018, groundbreaking studies have revealed the expanding role of cosmic rays in shaping the interstellar medium—from ionizing dense molecular clouds to driving galactic winds and influencing star formation. While supernova remnants remain the established sources of Galactic cosmic rays (below 1–100 PeV), new discoveries—such as massive star clusters, microquasars, novae, and the Galactic Centre—have emerged as critical players in particle acceleration. Parallel advances in labo
