Erasmus Mundus: International Masters in Risk Assessment and Management of Civil Infrastructures

International Masters in Risk Assessment and Management of Civil Infrastructures (NORISK) is an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EU-funded): one master's degree taught across several universities, listed in the EACEA Erasmus Mundus Catalogue. It is coordinated by Universidade do Minho (Portugal), with partners in France, Italy and Spain, and was selected for EU funding in the 2023 call. Many of these programmes award full EU scholarships, covering tuition, travel and a monthly allowance, to the strongest applicants from anywhere in the world. The programme's own site says whether this intake has them and when applications close, usually between October and January.
