IEEE-USA Congressional Fellowship

Funding: $95,000 stipend plus $5,000 relocation allowance ($100,000 total). Who can apply: US citizen, IEEE member, PhD (or in final stages) or master's plus experience in an engineering/technical field, must reside in DC metro area. Length: One-year. Placement in a Capitol Hill office, orientation, networking with fellow policy fellows. Field: Public Policy and Government. Deadline: Annual (winter).
