Skowhegan Fellowship (Skowhegan Summer Residency Program)

Funding: 2026 tuition $16,000 (covers lodging, meals, all program costs); every accepted participant automatically receives a $10,000 merit scholarship; full scholarships available for those unable to pay. Who can apply: Artists from all disciplines; at least 21 years old; demonstrated commitment to studio practice; open internationally. Length: 9 weeks (2027 program: June 5 - August 7, 2027). 9 weeks of room, board, and studio space on a 350-acre rural Maine campus; visiting-artist faculty; peer cohort of ~60-65 emerging artists; need-blind selection.
