Adam Smith Fellowship

Funding: Up to $7,000 total (stipend, required readings, plus travel/lodging for colloquia). Who can apply: Enrolled in a PhD program at any university, any discipline (economics, philosophy, political science, sociology, etc.). Length: One academic year, structured around three weekend colloquia. Travel and lodging covered for weekend colloquia (typically two in fall, one in spring); access to interdisciplinary intellectual community of PhD students/scholars in classical-liberal/market-process economics and political economy. Field: Social Science. Deadline: Verify (2026-27 cycle closed; 2027-28 deadline not yet announced).
