Funding: Living stipend of $47,000 for the year (scaled up for higher cost-of-living placement cities), plus reimbursable health insurance stipend up to $5,000. Who can apply: Recent graduates (bachelor's or above) or early-career professionals in data science, economics, statistics, or public policy; must have permanent US work authorization, or be an international candidate able to use the full 12 months of OPT or J-1 Academic Training work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided). Length: 1 year. Placement with a partner organization (government, nonprofit, or social enterprise) on data/policy projects, managerial oversight and one-on-one mentorship, professional development, and access to the Harris Public Policy / International Innovation Corps network; program has placed 200+ fellows across 100+ organizations.
