Who can apply: Rising 2nd-year full-time MBA students; 1st-year full-time MBA students with nonprofit experience (preferred); Evening/Weekend MBA students (min. 8 courses, not graduating before June 2026); 1st-year Specialized Masters in Finance students; must be Net Impact or Booth Social Impact members. Length: 7 months (October-April), confirmed. Placement in 2-3 person teams on partner nonprofit boards as non-voting members; coaching from Booth alumni; support from Rustandy Center and Net Impact; training/workshops on board governance and project scoping; 700+ Booth students placed with 200+ nonprofits since 2015.
