Funding: Federally-based stipend scaled to academic level; 12-month track fellows may also receive up to $15,000 annual housing allowance depending on region. Who can apply: Full-time graduate students (medical, dental, pharmacy, veterinary, public health, allied health, social sciences, or related fields) with 3.0+ GPA for the summer track; or recent graduates (within 12 months) / ABD doctoral candidates in those fields for the 12-month track. Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident. Length: 10 weeks (summer track) or 12 months (full-time track). Mentored research training in infectious diseases, public health, mental health, maternal/child health, or health disparities; two tracks: 10-week summer program or 12-month program. Field: Health Sciences. Deadline: February 6, 2026 (2026 cycle).
