Funding: $25,000, dispensed as a monthly stipend over the fellowship period. Who can apply: PhD candidates in the humanities, arts, or related disciplines enrolled at Wayne State University; must have an approved dissertation topic/outline/prospectus, have completed all PhD requirements except the dissertation, and be actively writing with an expected completion by the following spring/summer; cannot hold teaching positions or major employment during the fellowship.
