Kathy A. Possinger Housing Policy Fellowship

Funding: $1,000/month, up to $12,000 maximum over the fellowship term. Who can apply: Legal residents of Pennsylvania, at least 18 years old; open broadly to currently enrolled graduate students, nonprofit/for-profit employees, government workers, or self-employed individuals conducting research on a PA housing or community development topic. Length: Up to 12 months from the award letter date. Funds may be used for travel, conferences, technology, research tools, and administrative expenses related to the research project; decision notifications expected November 2026.
