Funding: At least $20/hour stipend for 2026, plus a housing stipend of up to $2,000/month. Who can apply: Disabled college students, graduate students, law students, and recent graduates (graduated May 2021 or later for the 2026 cycle); does not require current degree-seeking enrollment. Length: 10 weeks, full-time (32 hours/week) during the summer. Hybrid format (remote or Washington, DC-based); placement with Congressional offices, federal agencies, and nonprofit/for-profit organizations; leadership development and connection to the broader disability community; the Bobby Silverstein Fellowship track focuses on disability policy leadership.
