CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service (SFS)

Funding: Graduate students: academic-year stipends of approximately $37,000/year plus a $6,000 professional development allowance; full tuition and education-related fees covered. Who can apply: Full-time graduate students (master's or PhD) in a cybersecurity-related field at an NSF-designated SFS institution; U.S. citizens or permanent residents; recipients commit to post-graduation government service equal to the length of the scholarship. Length: Up to 3 years of funding, followed by an equivalent period of required government service. Full tuition and required fees, professional development/travel allowance, and a paid summer internship placement with a federal, state, local, or tribal government cybersecurity office.
