Pathways Recent Graduate Program

Who can apply: U.S. citizens or nationals who completed a qualifying degree (associate's through doctorate, including professional and vocational/technical) within the prior 2 years; veterans get up to 6 years post-degree if service delayed application; requires ability to pass a background investigation. Length: 1 year (developmental program). Structured on-the-job training in financial regulation and compliance work, formal mentoring and networking, and eligibility to convert to a permanent competitive-service position upon successful completion.
