Future of Work Fellowship

Funding: No cost to fellows; all program fees are waived through I4AW's supporters. Who can apply: Policy-focused graduate students and early-career professionals working in or adjacent to labor policy, including state legislators/Capitol Hill staff, government agency employees, advocacy organization staff, trade association members, and think tank employees. Length: Approximately 10 weeks (September 8-November 14, 2026), mostly virtual with a 3-day in-person component. In-person retreat in Washington, DC (November 12-14, 2026) with travel costs covered by I4AW; virtual sessions with labor policy experts and practitioners. Field: Labor and Workforce Policy (Policy Leadership Development). Deadline: August 14, 2026.
