Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) Scholarship

Funding: Full scholarship (100% coverage) of tuition for either the CNAP Essentials course or the Advanced Topics in Nonprofit Fiscal Management course; exact dollar value not published. Who can apply: Executive, fiscal, and related staff, plus board members, of established 501(c)(3) nonprofits based in New York's Mid-Hudson Valley region who intend to continue working in the nonprofit sector; one scholarship per organization. Length: Length of the CNAP Essentials or Advanced Topics course (typically several weeks, delivered virtually). Access to BDO's nationally recognized Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional credential (over 2,500 graduates nationwide), covering budget development, nonprofit GAAP, financial statements, internal controls/audits, and Form 990 disclosure requirements.
