Funding: $3,000 stipend to cover living expenses. Who can apply: Current first- or second-year J.D. students at an ABA-approved law school; must be members of both the ABA Law Student Division and the ABA Business Law Section (membership is free/low-cost for students). Length: Summer clerkship (typically 8-10 weeks). Placement in a business/commercial law judicial clerkship with a judge for the summer; mentorship and exposure to judicial clerkship pathways; ABA Business Law Section engagement and networking.
