Who can apply: Professionals or graduate-level candidates with demonstrated interest or experience in WMD nonproliferation, nuclear/biological/chemical security, arms control, or disarmament; must have strong English proficiency and be able to obtain a US J-1 exchange visitor visa. Length: Approximately 3.5 months per session, offered twice yearly. For funded participants: tuition, housing, health insurance, and living expenses covered; all participants get expert-led seminars, policy simulations, arms control negotiation exercises, applied research projects, ability to audit graduate courses, a completion certificate, and access to an international nonproliferation professional network.
