National Athletic Trainers' Association Foundation Doctoral Research Grant (NATA)

Funding: Up to $2,500 in direct costs (no indirect costs); two-year funding period allowed with all study activities completed by end of Year 1. Who can apply: Must be a doctoral student at the institution where the research is performed, maintain doctoral student status for the duration of study activities (except dissemination), personally conduct the research, and be a NATA member at time of application submission. Length: Up to 1 year of study activities (2-year funding window permitted for dissemination/travel). Awardees present findings at a future NATA Annual Meeting; mentorship built into research process.
