Military Spouse Fellowship Program (Accredited Financial Counselor certification pathway)

Funding: Covers the full cost of Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) certification training and testing. Who can apply: Current or surviving spouses of uniformed service members (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force -- active duty, National Guard, Reserve, or retired), and spouses of Commissioned Corps members of the Public Health Service or NOAA. Length: Length of AFC self-study/certification pathway (varies by pace of completion). Access to continuing education to maintain the AFC credential, networking through the Society of FINRA Foundation Fellows (SF3), paid or volunteer placement opportunities serving the military community.
