Public Policy and Civic Engagement Fellowship

Funding: Paid at $17/hr for 15–20 hrs/week (per Disability Belongs Leadership Program compensation structure). Who can apply: College and graduate students, recent graduates, and career-changers interested in disability policy/government careers; open to people with and without disabilities; must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US. Length: One semester-length cohort (approx. 4–5 months), part-time (15-20 hrs/week). Mentoring, weekly speaker series, professional network, resume/portfolio building, staff/team meetings. Field: Disability rights and accessibility policy. Deadline: Rolling by cohort; fall cohort (Aug–Dec) and spring cohort (Jan–June) each have their own application windows, check current window on site.
