Arts Management Training Fellowship

Funding: Competitive part-time salary plus benefits as a Pentacle employee, plus a $1,000 subsidized contribution from the partner host organization over six months. Who can apply: Early-career arts administrators of color specializing in development or marketing; no degree requirement stated. Open to US (NYC-area) applicants. Length: 1 year, split into two 6-month phases. Anti-racism/professional-development workshops, field convenings, self-directed research project, mentorship from Pentacle staff and partner performing-arts companies. Field: Arts administration, development and marketing management for performing arts organizations.
