Health Equity & Advocacy Leadership (HEAL) Fellowship

Funding: Funded, no stipend, but all program-related travel, materials, and expenses covered; Year Two includes financial assistance for placement-related costs. Who can apply: Early-career health professionals or advanced graduate/professional students who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC; must be U.S.-based throughout the program. Length: 2 years (Year 1: training/community building; Year 2: mentorship/leadership placement). Mentorship, structured leadership training, real-world healthcare policy placement.
