Funding: $20,000 stipend for the fellowship term. Who can apply: Graduate-level students who will have completed at least one semester of full-time graduate study by the program start (fields: Urban Planning, Urban Policy, Public Administration, Economics, or related). Students previously in the program are ineligible. Note: NCRC membership is required of the HOST organization, not the student applicant, so applicants themselves incur no membership cost. Length: Eight to nine months, part-time (20 hrs/week), roughly September-May. Professional training, academic credit (per home university policy), free admission to NCRC's Just Economy Conference, networking with community development leaders. Field: Community development finance / equitable development. Deadline: Student applications for the 2026-27 cycle closed May 25, 2026; recurs annually, next cycle expected to open ~Feb-May 2027.
