Change Lab National Research Fellowship

Funding: $5,000 stipend, paid in two installments. Who can apply: Open to graduate students, recent college graduates, doctoral and post-doctoral researchers, artists, and public art professionals with research experience and working knowledge of U.S. public art. Fellows work remotely and can be located anywhere in the U.S. Length: 3-6 months (remote, ~200 hours), most recent cohort ran end of August 2025 onward. Research mentorship, publication/dissemination of findings on public art policy topics (e.g., civic engagement, racial justice, climate resilience). Field: Public art / civic engagement research.
