Who can apply: U.S. citizens of any federally or state-recognized U.S. Native nation with interest in Indigenous governance; current tribal government practitioners, community leaders, and early/mid-career professionals especially encouraged. Not limited to enrolled students; open to early-career professionals. Length: Year-long, starting in December and culminating the following November; includes orientation, 3 accelerated graduate-level (JIT) courses, and 4 quarterly seminars. Registration fees for the 3 graduate-level courses and seminars (totaling $2,250) are fully waived/covered for cohort members. A limited number of supplemental travel scholarships may be available for lodging/transportation. No direct stipend. Field: Indigenous/tribal governance professional development.
