Funding: Full-time nonpartisan legislative staff salary (not fully disclosed). Who can apply: Must be a recent graduate of a master's or PhD program in public administration or an allied field, or hold a J.D. or other graduate law degree; explicitly a graduate-degree-holder fellowship.
