Dissertation Fellowship for Historically Underrepresented Persons in Anthropology

Funding: $10,000 (nonrenewable) plus paid annual-meeting registration and travel reimbursement. Who can apply: Doctoral candidates in anthropology who are members of a historically underrepresented U.S. racialized minority group (African American, Alaska Native, American Indian/Native American, Asian American, Latino/a, Chicano/a, or Pacific Islander); must be enrolled full-time, have an approved dissertation proposal, achieve candidacy before the award, and hold AAA membership.
