Funding: Up to $45,000/year in direct costs (recent cycle; pending appropriations). Who can apply: U.S. citizens/permanent residents admitted to or enrolled full-time in a master's or doctoral graduate program. Length: 2 years. Noncompetitive direct-hire eligibility at NOAA after completion; mentoring and professional development. Field: Estuarine and coastal management research.
