Funding: Up to $43,500/year academic funding. Who can apply: US citizens with 3.2+ GPA entering a master's degree program (or undergrad juniors) in an IT-related field. Length: 2-year graduate funding + Foreign Service appointment. Two paid summer internships (domestic + overseas at a US embassy/consulate), mentoring.
