Funding: Full fellowship award of $30,000, which must be allocated as a stipend to the fellow. Who can apply: Individuals who have completed a B.A., M.A., or Ph.D. in art history, art education, studio art, or museum studies; application must be made by the host art museum proposing to sponsor the fellow, not by the individual directly. Length: 9 to 12 months, typically beginning late summer or early fall. Mentored professional-development placement embedded with both museum educators and curators; focus on European art of the pre-modern era. Field: Museum interpretation / education-curatorial hybrid training in European art history.
