AG Fellowship Program

Funding: $87,356/year plus benefits (location pay of $2,000-$4,000 may apply for certain offices). Who can apply: JD graduates of the 2026-27 academic year; U.S. citizenship required; must reside or intend to reside in New York; bar admission required within first year; two-year commitment. Length: 2 years. Health/dental/vision insurance, paid state holidays/vacation/sick time, retirement benefits, telecommuting up to 2 days/week. Field: General civil litigation and public-interest practice areas (Charities Bureau, Claims Bureau, Labor Bureau, Litigation Bureau, and others). Deadline: October 2, 2026.
