Pay-to-participate: $5,600-$7,550 members, $9,300 nonmembers; need-based scholarship can cover tuition. Length: 10 months. Leadership-development program for mid-to-senior-level philanthropy/grantmaking professionals preparing for executive roles, combining live sessions, executive coaching, and peer circles over 10 months. Time commitment: 10 months, part-time/non-residential - four learning sessions, ~40-50 hrs of programming, alongside current job with employer support. Field: Nonprofit Governance.
