Cyber Capacity-Building Fellowship

Who can apply: Junior and mid-level professionals in cyber-related fields from priority countries (parts of Africa, Latin America/Caribbean, Asia, Central Asia, and Ukraine). Length: Two weeks (one online, one in-person). Training on international cyber frameworks, incident response case studies, AI/emerging-tech sessions, global networking. Field: Cyber diplomacy.
