Funding: $20,000 stipend (Step 2 cohort). Who can apply: Early-stage founders and practitioners with lived or learned experience in social-impact problem areas; open to working professionals building ventures, not limited to students, no prototype or co-founder required to apply. Length: 20 weeks. Mentorship, venture-building support, access to Blue Ridge Labs network and follow-on funding pathways. Field: Social-impact tech venture building, including civic/government-adjacent products serving low-income communities.
