DataCorps (volunteer data science engagements)

Funding: Unpaid volunteer / pro bono (not a stipended fellowship). Who can apply: Open to experienced working data professionals (DataKind generally seeks volunteers with several years of hands-on data science/analytics experience), not students; volunteers self-select into 6-9 month pro bono nonprofit engagements. Length: 6-9 months per engagement, ~10-20 hrs/week. Portfolio-building nonprofit-impact projects, DataKind community, potential path to paid data-for-good roles.
