Leadership Longevity Fellowship (National Cohort)

Funding: $1,000 stipend per fellow; two in-person retreats with expenses covered. Who can apply: Mission-driven professionals employed full-time at a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, government, or social/environmental-purpose for-profit entity, with at least 5 years of full-time work experience in a mission-driven organization. Length: Approximately 9-12 months (cohort-based, combines in-person/virtual convenings, group sessions, coaching). Peer coaching, leadership development programming, community of practice.
