Kathleen Fey Executive Leadership Program (Credit Union Fellows)

Funding: Over $15,000 in funded training/tuition per participant across the four-year program. Who can apply: Active members of the Emerging Leaders professional networking group at CrossState Credit Union Association (Pennsylvania/New Jersey credit union employees); working professionals, not degree-seeking students. Two Fellows selected annually. Length: Four years (Year 1: week-long Development Education Program in Madison, WI; Years 2-4: University of Wisconsin Credit Union Management School). Rotating leadership mentors matched every 1-2 years; private one-on-one mentoring/coaching sessions; leads to Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) credentials.
