Funding: Fully funded, no cost to participants (funded by American Express). Who can apply: Senior leaders or emerging executive-level leaders currently in, or identified for, executive roles at registered non-profit organizations; working professionals (non-degree-seeking) with a track record of driving organizational innovation and transformation. Length: 6 months (4 in-person days plus 5 online workshops, pre-program assessment and post-program coaching). 360-degree feedback assessment, two one-on-one executive coaching sessions, global peer network of nonprofit leaders, in-person and online workshop curriculum. Field: Nonprofit Executive Leadership Development (funded by a global financial services corporation).
