Leadership Pathways

Funding: Fully funded -- TruStage-funded scholarship covers the complete cost of the CUES Advanced Management Program with Cornell (eCornell), plus individualized executive development planning, coaching, and mentorship. Who can apply: Working credit union professionals identified as rising leaders; for the inaugural cohort, candidates were nominated by partner organizations (Inclusiv, National Association of Latino Credit Unions & Professionals, African American Credit Union Coalition, CU Pride) rather than a fully open application -- not a degree-seeking or student program. Length: Year-long, integrated leadership development experience. Field: Credit Union / Financial Cooperative Executive Leadership Development.
