Global Executive Arts Management Fellowship

Funding: Fully subsidized, Funded, verify amount on website (covers air/ground transportation, lodging, per diem for living expenses, and visa sponsorship for international applicants; no stipend beyond expense coverage). Who can apply: Full-time, permanent leadership position (CEO/Executive Director/General Manager) at an arts, culture, heritage, or humanities nonprofit with at least 3 full-time staff, 3 years of programming history, and an operating budget of $250,000 USD/€220,000 EUR or more; reports directly to the Board or CEO. Length: Three-year program; four weeks of intensive in-person training each summer (2026 dates: July 13 - August 7, 2026). High-intensity training in strategic planning, leadership, fundraising, marketing, board governance, HR, and financial planning; peer network of alumni worldwide.
