Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity

Funding: Funded -- all educational experiences and travel/convening expenses covered; no direct salary stipend since fellows remain employed. Who can apply: Early- to mid-career working professionals currently in a leadership role or position with leadership potential, across health, law, business, government, medicine, journalism, and related fields; non-degree, must remain employed during the fellowship. Length: 12 months, including four weeks of in-person convenings plus 12-16 monthly hours of coursework/coaching. Field: Health Equity Leadership Development. Deadline: March 18, 2026 for the 2026 cohort (closed); next cycle expected to open similarly in February with an ~1-month window.
