Equity Initiative Fellowship

Funding: Funded -- fully funded fellowship with additional seed funding for group projects; specific dollar figures not publicly disclosed. Who can apply: Working professionals with a minimum of 6 years' experience in health, social development, governance, environmental justice, or related sectors; citizens/residents of Southeast Asian countries or China; non-degree, designed to accompany full-time employment. Length: One-year induction period (6 weeks in-person plus ~1 hour/week online), followed by ongoing participation in the Atlantic Fellows global network.
