Emerging Leaders Program

Funding: Funded -- Milbank covers all program costs including materials and three in-person meetings; no direct cash stipend to participants. Who can apply: Early- and mid-career legislative and executive branch state, large-county, and large-city government officials working in health-related roles; must be currently employed in government; non-degree professional program.
