Nonprofit Executive Leadership Award: $10,000 professional development grant. Nonprofit Staff Leadership Award: $10,000 professional development grant. Who can apply: Nonprofit board members, executive directors/CEOs, and staff working at organizations in Allen County, Indiana (Fort Wayne area). Length: Annual award cycle. Public recognition at the Foundation's Annual Meeting (next one January 28, 2027). Field: Nonprofit board governance and executive/staff leadership recognition and professional development.
