Clare Rose Sabbatical Program

Funding: Up to $40,000 individual stipend/expenses (salary, benefits, travel); up to $3,500 to the employing organization for a professional-development fund. Who can apply: San Diego County nonprofit executive directors who commit to continuing as full-time EDs for a minimum of 5 years. Length: 3 months (90 days). Organizational site visits/interviews, individual applicant interviews, and a peer alumni network through Fieldstone Network. Field: Sabbatical program for San Diego County nonprofit executive directors, funded through the Clare Rose Foundation legacy program now run by Fieldstone Network.
