Resident Artist Program (Long-Term Residency Fellowship)

Funding: $5,000 (Taunt, Lilian, Matsutani, MJD, or Lincoln Fellowship stipend for the one-year Long-Term Residency). Who can apply: Open to practicing ceramic artists at any career stage working in functional, sculptural, or conceptual ceramics. Separate application tracks exist for US based and international artists; international applicants must qualify for employment based visa sponsorship (tourist and B visas not accepted). Requires a letter of intent, resume, three professional references, and 20 work images. Length: One year for Long-Term Residency, with option for a second year; June through August for Summer Residency. Free private studio, extensive firing facilities, community of visiting and resident ceramic artists, additional scholarship support available for the shorter Summer Residency. Field: Arts.
