Funding: $2,000 stipend per artist plus travel reimbursement. Who can apply: Open to knowledgeable glass artists making a professional transition, such as leaving academia, adopting a new medium, or starting a new body of work. Glassmaking experience is required since no instruction is provided. Designated spots are reserved for BIPOC artists, Ukraine Glass Prize awardees, and Norwegian exchange artists. Length: Two months in the fall. Private room with shared bath, shared cooking facilities, access to studios for kiln working, coldworking, printmaking, flameworking and mixed media (hot glass and neon excluded). Field: Arts.
