STIAS Individual Fellowship

Who can apply: Scholars and artists of any nationality and discipline; no stated career-stage restriction for the standard Individual Fellowship (distinct from STIAS's Africa-only, early-career Iso Lomso track, which is excluded here as not fitting the audience). Length: One semester (about 5 months), minimum 8 weeks. Return airfare or reimbursement, accommodation, private office with equipment, library and internet access, childcare subsidy, participation in the STIAS fellows program (seminars, lectures). Field: Social Science - general, interdisciplinary institute for advanced study. Applications close around 2026-10-31 (expected; confirm on the official site).
