Creation Grant

Funding: $5,000 flat award; $10,000 option for performing-arts groups (dance, theater, multidisciplinary). Who can apply: Vermont resident individual artists and artist groups (at least one member must meet residency requirements); both established and emerging artists encouraged to apply; full-time students are not eligible; no application fee. Length: One-time annual grant for creation of new work. None beyond the direct cash grant. Field: Multidisciplinary, including performing arts. Deadline: April 5, 2026 (FY2027 cycle; recurring annual, next cycle FY2028 opens in 2027).
